Hi and welcome to my Beach Money Revolution digital marketing course! My name is Shannon and I am really excited that you are here. First and foremost, I am a wife and mom to 2 of the best kids on the planet, and 2 of the cutest furry four legged dogs EVER! We currently live in South Carolina, but moved here from Southern Californa a while ago! We didn't move for any reason in particular, other than why the heck not?! YOLO! We love to adventure as a family and thought what better way to do that then throw a dart at the map and move where it lands! I have spent a lot of my adult career life in the financial space of corporate America. After having my first child, our son, I could not fathom going back to work in an office. The thought that I would pick him up from daycare and have someone tell me that he did something new that day absolutely crushed me. But we could not afford to not have the income coming in, so I had to get creative if I wanted to stay home.

For a few years I got very creative in stealing from Peter to pay Paul each month....so stressful, I don't recommend it. After our daughter was born things got even harder financially. My husband was asked by one of his clients to do a job - BUT - it was in another country. We had no other options. So we were on the phone one day and he said the dreaded phrase to me that I never wanted to hear "Shannon, when I get home, we are going to have to figure something out, and that may mean that you are going to have to go back to work. We can't continue going on like this." OUCH! Hearing the stress in my husbands voice lit some kind of fire in my belly that I will never forget! I dove into making money in the online space! I knew if I could make the exact amount of money that we were short each month, I could continue to stay home with my babies. So y'all, I went to work! I was on a mission, Not only did I make what we were short each month, but I made enough money to make work OPTIONAL for my stud of a hubby! We created a life that we lived on OUR terms! We owned our own time! We didn't have to say "NO" to things our kids wanted to do, unless we chose to. Life was GOOD! For over a decade, I worked in the online space. I made the best of friends, had so much fun, traveled world, and truly loved what I did! I was proud of the life we had crearted. I STILL AM! BUT, (you knew there was a 'BUT' coming, right?) things change. People change. Our world changes. And guess what? The ways you can make money online are also changing. If there is not one thing I have learned in my life, I have definitely learned to pivot when needed and adapt to new things! So, I started looking for another way. I still have my other business, my husband still has his business, but we both know that having MULTIPLE streams of income is important these days. And my goodness y'all, I have found another AMAZING way to make money online on MY time!
